This Natural processed coffee from Limber Ezequiel is a clear demonstration to how good coffee can be from Mexico, and in particular the SIPRO association. This coffee is a delightful combination of juiciness and sweetness, reminiscent of blackberry gummies and rich dark chocolate.

Coffee cultivation is a tradition deeply rooted in Limber's family, and has been for generations. Limber's journey with coffee commenced at a young age in his village, but his passion led him to pursue agronomy studies. After gaining diverse experiences in different regions of the country, he returned to his roots. Currently, Limber manages his farm and holds the distinction of being a founding member of the SIPROCAFE cooperative established in 2018. 

SIPRO: is short for Sierra Productora de Cafe, a recently formed association that was created through the collective efforts of eight mostly young coffee producers based in Amatenango de la Frontera. This region is located directly across the border from the world-renowned coffee-producing area of Huehuetenango in Guatemala, sharing similar terroir and coffee quality. By organising themselves into a cooperative, the group aims to strengthen their presence in the market and gain better access to specialty buyers.
